			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Being fans of science fiction, readers of this page will have heard of the event &#8220;Sci-Fi London 11&#8243;. It&#8217;s a very special event about to run its eleventh edition from 1st May to 7th May 2012.</p>
<p>The venue for the London International Festival of Science Fiction and Fantastic Film (simply called Sci-fi London) is Apollo Piccadilly Circus, BFI Southbank, BAFTA 195 Piccadilly.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Sunday 25 September 2011 was the last day of the British Library’s sci-fi exhibition titled - <em>Out Of This World: Science Fiction but not as you know it.</em></p>
<p>It is likely that readers of these pages would have taken the time off to visit the unique summer show.  Tom Hunter, Director of the Arthur C Clarke Award opines that 2011 may well be a landmark year for Science Fiction.
